Can Businesses Ask If You've Been Vaccinated Against COVID-19?

As more and more people have gotten vaccinated across the U.S. against COVID-19, mask-wearing and social-distancing guidelines have grown more relaxed.

At the same time, questions grew about whether businesses could ask customers if they had been vaccinated against COVID-19, particularly if it violated privacy laws surrounding the disclosure of one’s health information.
