"Sound of Freedom" is based on the life of Tim Ballard, a former U.S. Department of Homeland Security agent who staged stings to catch child sex traffickers. Many online claimed that the film's content was rejected by big studios and distribution networks like Amazon and Netflix, until it finally found a distributor through Angel Studios.
