WCC News: WCC general secretary to offer public lecture at University of South Africa

World Council of Churches general secretary Rev. Prof. Dr Jerry Pillay will deliver a public lecture at the University of South Africa on 27 November.

The lecture, titled “A Christian Voice in a World of Conflict,” will be hosted by the South African Council of Churches in partnership with the Fohloza Foundation and the University of South Africa.

South African Council of Churches president Archbishop Thabo Makgoba and Fr Lawrence Ndlovu, executive director of the Fohloza Foundation, will also address the gathering.
