There is still time to join us this summer! Find solutions to some of the most common registration challenges below. - Haven’t had a chance to register for Montreat Youth Conference yet? That’s okay! We know that issues pop up all the time which can quickly feel like impassible barriers keeping you from making a visit. Luckily, in most cases there are solutions! As we prepare for another meaningful and memorable summer at Montreat, we want to ensure that every Back Home Leader feels informed, supported, and ready for the journey ahead, so we’ve outlined some common roadblocks below, along with our proposed solutions, with a goal of helping your group get signed up and on the way to Montreat this summer.
“We missed the deadline, so it’s too late to register.” Contrary to popular belief, there is no deadline to register a group for Montreat Youth Conference! You can add people to a current registration or register a new group at any time prior to conference check-in. Visit our website to register today or reach out to our staff with questions.

“We would love to come, but we can’t afford it.” If cost is a concern, we have a limited number of scholarships available for those in need of financial assistance. Specifically, The Morgan Endowment for Youth provides financial assistance for Montreat Youth Conference program fees. You can find more information on this scholarship or submit an application by visiting our website.

“Our group is too small to attend.” Attending Montreat Youth Conference is one of the best ways to energize, nurture, and grow your youth group. Even with just a few people, groups who attend grow closer as they spend more time together and return home excited for the year ahead. If you have a smaller group and need help working out the logistics, let us know! We can help connect you with other groups that are willing to act as partners for housing or share the responsibilities of adult leadership. “We can’t find a place to stay!” We have become experts at finding housing for groups of any size, budget range, or week of the summer. If you are having trouble finding a place to stay, please let us know ASAP! While Conference Center housing may be limited, we can help point you to private rental options that meet your specific needs. Send an email to our Outreach Associate, Daphne Waggener, and we’ll see what we can do to help!
