Find nourishment and support at The Manna Retreat!

The Manna Retreat January 23-25，2026 - Picture this： You are in a new chapter of your life. Friends are getting married， having kids， and starting their careers. It seems like everyone else has it together. But what if you don’t know what’s next？ Enter The Manna Retreat， Montreat’s initiative specifically for young adults aged 22-32(ish). Here， you will find sustenance and nourishment， just like God provided manna for the Israelites in the desert. Below， you will find more information about 2026’s retreat. Whether for yourself， a friend， or a loved one， we encourage you to keep reading to find out more!
Prophetic Voices - The theme for our 2026 event is “Prophetic Voices： Courage， Justice， and Hope.” Recognizing that many young people are seeking meaning in their lives， our hope is that this theme will allow us to study the bold and diverse voices of the prophets， exploring how we， like them， are called to live courageously in response to God’s call.
Events and Activities - The Manna Retreat offers a special space for both new and old relationships to grow. Over the course of the weekend， participants will engage in small groups， interest-based workshops， and group mixers. You can expect things like trivia， hiking， craft nights， vocational discernment， and more! We find that these activities， while introducing an element of fun， allow young adults to talk through the various challenges they are facing and find support from those with similar life experiences.
