Vernon School Board Is Not Scientifically Credible A six-minute video filmed during an open meeting of the Mount Vernon, Indiana, school board on Aug. 7, 2021, features a man named Daniel Stock, who identified himself as a medical doctor, making a series of misleading or unintelligible arguments against masks and vaccines. “I would suggest the reason we still have a problem [with COVID-19] is because we’re doing things that are not useful,” he told the audience in a video that has since gone extremely viral.
