For the past few months, Snopes has been fact-checking theory after theory related to COVID-19. This past week, we tackled one claim that has been making the rounds on social media for months: The reason the U.S. has the highest COVID-19 case total in the world is because the U.S. has tested more residents at a faster rate than any other country.
