Last month was Mental Health Month and the Presbyterian Mental Health Ministry worked hard to highlight the importance of taking care of ourselves, especially during this time of hightened anxiety and stress. They released a new tip sheet containing eight suggestions for pastors and congregations on how to put mental health in the forefront and make it a topic of conversation and study for individuals and groups.
